Hey! I'm Parsh, the Head of Resources at Cenable Care, which basically means I'm responsible for creating, organising, and delivering all the academic materials our students and tutors use. My job is to make sure every resource we put out is clear, practical, and actually helps students feel prepared instead of more confused.

I've worked across a bunch of different tutoring centres over the years, so I've seen what works and what doesn't when it comes to study materials. Whether it's lesson plans, study guides, or practice questions, I make sure everything is well structured, easy to follow, and properly aligned with what students need to succeed. I'm big on building systems that keep our resources consistently strong and scalable as we grow.

On the academic side, I've got a few runs on the board. Multiple Superior results in the Selective Schools Entrance Exam, first place at the Victorian Math Games for High Ability Learners, and solid performances in ICAS and AMC. Those experiences taught me how to break down tricky problems and think efficiently under pressure, which is exactly what I bring into the resources I design.

What I'm really passionate about is helping students tackle hard content without feeling swamped. I want our materials to make things clearer, not harder. On top of that, I handle the admin and tech side of our resources too, always looking for ways to make things run smoother, keep everything accessible, and make sure we're staying ahead of what students actually need.
